Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Applicability

1.1 The general terms and conditions apply to all products found on our website.

1.2 Nemeco Autoparts is a trade name of Nemeco BV; therefore, Nemeco BV will be used hereinafter.

1.3 Deviations from the general terms and conditions must be documented in writing by Nemeco BV.

1.4 By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of Nemeco BV.

1.5 Nemeco BV is not liable for any (interim) price changes. Any typographical errors in the system do not guarantee the delivery of products.

1.6 If we inquire about a car part for you via TecDoc, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. However, you can return the part within 14 days. This does not apply to car parts that you do not verify with us. In such cases, you can only exchange the car part for another product. This must be indicated within 14 days and exchanged within 30 days. This applies only to consumers. All car parts come with a one (1) year warranty.

Article 2. Formation (and termination) of the agreement

2.1 An agreement with Nemeco BV is formed when an order confirmation is sent by email to the email address provided by the customer. It does not matter whether the order was placed via the website or by phone. 2.2 The customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of the order date by sending an email to info@groothandel-nemeco.nl.

Article 3. Prices, products, offers

3.1 All prices on this site are in euros and include VAT but exclude shipping costs. 3.2 Products (and special offers) are available (valid) while stocks last. 3.3 Products remain the property of Nemeco BV until payment for that product is received.

Article 4. Payment

4.1 For orders placed via this site, payment can be made as follows: - with IDEAL or by cash payment (pickup or delivery by Nemeco BV at an agreed rate).

4.2 Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, depending on the item ordered. The only exception is if Nemeco BV sends the wrong item to the customer; in that case, the shipping costs are on us.

Article 5. Delivery and delivery time

5.1 Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Nemeco BV aims to dispatch the order within approximately 48 hours (on working days), provided it is in stock. If you want to ensure the product is in stock, email info@groothandel-nemeco.nl and receive a response within 24 hours on working days. 5.2 Once the products to be delivered are picked up, the transport risk passes to the (business) customer.

5.3 Nemeco BV is not liable for delayed delivery times caused by DPD or Post.NL.

Article 6. Returns

6.1 If you receive an incorrect size/item from us, you must notify us on the day of receipt. You are obliged to check the products carefully for deficiencies, damages, and other defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You can return or exchange this item (by mail). Of course, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

6.2 If you have ordered an incorrect item, it is possible to exchange it (unused and undamaged) within 48 hours. The shipping costs are, of course, the responsibility of the customer.

6.3 Products can only be returned in original, undamaged, and complete condition after prior written permission (by email) from Nemeco BV.

6.4 The other party has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons; after 14 days, claims and return requests will no longer be processed by Nemeco BV.

6.5 Parts that have been mounted cannot be returned, nor can electronic/electrical parts. No warranty is given on electronic/electrical parts. Electrical products refer to products that can be connected to a circuit. Additionally, oil products cannot be returned.

6.6 The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.

6.7 Any paid amounts will be refunded no later than 30 days after the return receipt of the goods in question.

6.8 The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the other party. This applies only to consumers.

6.9 Business customers cannot cancel or return. The distance selling law applies only to consumers. A business (including a sole proprietorship) cannot use this right.

Article 7. Warranty and liability

7.1 We provide a start-up guarantee on all bikes, quads, and generators, meaning the product is undamaged and functions well. If this is not the case, you must report it within 24 hours by email.

7.2 We guarantee that parts and helmets will be delivered undamaged and function well. If this is not the case, you must report it within 24 hours by email. Of course, you can exchange this product at no cost.

7.3 We assume that if you purchase a motorized vehicle from us, packaged in a box, you have sufficient knowledge to assemble/adjust the item professionally. We accept no liability if this is not done correctly. See also "Important for You" on our site.

7.4 Nemeco BV is never obliged to pay compensation (in any form) to the customer unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Nemeco.

7.5 If Nemeco must compensate for any damage for any reason, it will never exceed the amount equal to the invoice value concerning the product.

7.6 Delivered items may differ from the photos on the website in terms of color, print, shape, and model.

7.7 A warranty request must always be made in writing (by email).

Article 8. Copyright

8.1 The photos on this website are protected and fall under copyright. Using these photos for personal or other use is therefore prohibited and punishable.
