  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The average delivery time is 48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. International Shipping: We ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden. Please note that for remote areas, an additional surcharge may apply.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen shipping option. Exact costs will be displayed during checkout. Packages up to 15 kg are €7.95 for the Netherlands. For the Wadden Islands, there is a surcharge of €8.95. For Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, shipping costs are €8.95 for orders over €25, otherwise €11.95. For other European countries, the cost is €14.95. For packages over 15 kg or shipping to remote areas, an additional surcharge may apply. If this is the case, it will be indicated with the product or in the shopping cart, and you may receive an email with the surcharge amount.

  4. Track & Trace: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment and view the expected delivery date.

  5. Delivery: Ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a note with instructions for further handling.

  6. Delays: Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs formalities can lead to delays. We do our best to deliver your order on time.
